The sweeping changes in society and rumbling shifts in the digitized era give rise to a very important question - What are the habits of effective and successful people?
Life is complex, stressful, demanding. We face challenges and problems in our personal lives, our families, and our organization. our problem and pain are universal and increasing, but the solutions to the problem are and always will be based upon universal, and timeless, self evident principles common to every society.
According to the most renowned author of all time Stephen Covey there are 7 habits of highly effective people which he illustrated in his book 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" which are mentioned below:
Habit 1: Be Proactive

Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind
Habit 4: Think Win-Win
Win-Win is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interaction. Win- Win is the habit of interpersonal leadership.
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood
Habit 6: Synergize
Covey believes that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Encouraging positive responses to individual contributions and providing recognition for the individual is an effective habit.
Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
The final habit encourages you to help every other habit grow and develop. To do this, you need to make sure that your mental, spiritual, physical and social self all have the time and space they need to become regular habits that slowly become integrated into your character.
These seven habits are all synergistic and each of them complement each other in different ways. Thinking about developing these habits becomes easier when you consider them to be a part of two major habits: taking action and organized planning.
By including these habits in our life, our life be much easier. These "habits" are ways you can look at yourself and change your life. by following these you will find enduring solution and directions in your life.
